  3. 1Medium onion,chopped
  4. Leek,garlic,ginger,seasoning
  5. Fish skeleton
  6. 2Large carrot,chopped

    Wash fish nd keep a side

  2. 2

    Sautee onion,garlic,ginger,carrot,leek,fish skeleton,cook,puree nd strain.

  3. 3

    Return to heat,add tomato paste,curry paste nd allow to boil.add fish,leek,seasoning to taste.
