Carrot Cone kalakand

Carrots are really common and famous during winter season. During this season I like to make several such carrot related recipes at home.
Today I have innovated this recipe to create a new and unique type of a dessert which is mouthwatering and tasty prepared with cashew nuts, almonds, milk made and carrots.

Carrots are really common and famous during winter season. During this season I like to make several such carrot related recipes at home.
Today I have innovated this recipe to create a new and unique type of a dessert which is mouthwatering and tasty prepared with cashew nuts, almonds, milk made and carrots.

Peel and cut the carrots so that they are of equal size. Then core the carrot pieces. Place the cut carrot in a pot and cover with one cup of water and sugar. The carrot needs to be softened but not too soft.

Then dry roast the cashew nuts and almonds and crush it. Take another pan, add grated carrot, ghee, cardamom powder, clove powder, milk powder and then cook for 1 min.

Add condensed milk and paneer,mix it well and then your stuffing is complete. Then stuff it into the carrot like a shape of a cone. Garnish by putting milk made over it and then roll it over cashew nut powder.
