Steps

Boil water in a big vessel

Add salt,cumin seeds,green chilli paste and carom seeds in boiling water

Mix rice flour and baking soda and mix quickly with spoon to avoid lumps and dry flour

Grease your palms with oil

Make balls of rice flour mixture and flatten between palms

Make a small hole in it and steam in idli maker for 10 minutes

Cut into desired size and mix oil and chat masala
- 8
Serve hot.
