Ingredients

20 -30 mins
2 servings
  1. 1 cupdurum cous cous
  2. 1 Cuphot water
  3. 1stock cube
  4. 1 pinchsalt
  5. 4Eggs
  6. 4Grounded peppers
  7. 1medium sized onions
  8. 1 cupcooking oil

Steps

20 -30 mins
  1. 1

    In a bowl pour in the cous cous, salt, stock cube,mix and add the water close the bowl for 5 minutes

  2. 2

    Break 2 eggs, beat add in the pepper and sliced onion, and mix it in the soaked couscous

  3. 3

    Mix thouroughly and tie in a nylon, cook the mixture for 5 mins in a pot with 1 cup of water

    Once done remove from heat allow to cool down for 3 minutes, remove from nylon and cut to desired shapes

    Beat the remaining 2 eggs add a pinch of salt, preheat some oil in a pan, dip the tofu in the eggs and deep fry till the egg sets on the tofu, drain and serve
