Mix ingredients well, then bind soft dough using hot milk, then knead well till dough is soft and lost elasticity.
Let it rise till it's double in size. - 2
Punch back make 10-12 portions, roll each into rough rectangular, one one end horizontally put cheese and fold tightly like swiss roll, tie knots or any shape you desire.
Lay on greased tray, make all the others in same manner.
Let it fully rise, glaze with beaten egg, then bake in oven on 200°C till browned up.
