First, take a bowl add mased muter & boiled potato 1/2tsp ginger grated 1tsp red chilli powder salt as required mix well gram flour.

Khadhai put on flame add 1tsp oil add onion pinch of salt saute light brown after cools down make a paste.keep aside.khadhai put on flame add oil when oil heat up deepfry all ball till golden brown.

Khadhai put on flame add oil onion paste ginger garlic paste some salt saute few min add all spices & youcurt ' tomato pure one by one saute few min add few water cover them.when oil become separate add few water cook few min lastely add ball cook two to five Min add balls.now turn off the gass sprinkle some Coriander leaves serve it roti or paratha.
