Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1 spoonyeast
  • Small salt
  • 1 spoonsugar
  • 1/2 cupgroundnut
  • Dry zogale (moringa)
  • Meat
  • 1Onion
  • 5tomato
  • 3chilli pepper
  • Garlic
  • Seasoning

Steps

    Pour your flour into a bowl add yeast, salt and sugar and mix add water and make dough knead the dough until smooth cover in a tight container and all to rise for 2 hours or so transfer the dough into alkubus container or cake container but do not full the container 2/3 steam your alkubus for 20-30 minutes.

    Wash your meat set aside, blend tomato, onion, and chilli pepper set aside, grind groundnut,and squeeze moringa all set aside.

    Put your meat inside put add garlic, onion and season and cook for 5-10 minutes add 1 table spoon of groundnut oil to the meat and fry for 5 minutes add your mixed tomato and fry for another 5mins then add your groundnut and little water and allow to cook for 20- 25 mins until your groundnut is soft add season and moringa and allow to cook for 5 mins.
