First of all, mix curd and salt to suji then soak it in water for 15 -20 minutes. Add green chillies and chopped coriander in it.

Add butter into a pan. Add onion, capsicum cubes in it an toss well. Onion and capsicum should be crunchy so do not overcook. Turn off the flame and add salt, oregano, Red chilli flakes and mix well. Keep it aside.

Take little amount of rawa mixture in a bowl and add a pinch of baking soda along with a pinch off eno.

Heat a frying pan and brush it up with refilling ed oil. Pour the batter in the pan. Cover it and cook on sim flame. The size should be medium an not very thin. Should be spongy.

Uncover after 2-3 minutes and flip it. Cook well on the other side too.

Place this pizza base on a plate, apply red chilli sauce with ketchup and spread the onion capsicum mixture on it. Garnish with grated cheese and grated paneer.

Rawa pizza is ready to serve
