Ingredients

  1. 2 tspPeanuts
  2. 2 tspSesame seeds
  3. 6Green chillies
  4. 2 tspCoriander seeds
  5. 1/2 tsp eachSalt, turmeric, mustard seed, zeera,
  6. 2 tspCoconut powder
  7. 1medium size oniun
  8. 1tomato
  9. 2 tspOil
  10. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  11. 4Green cardamons
  12. 3-4 Cloves
  13. 250 gramsBrinjal

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Take one pan in this add peanut seeds, sesame seed, mirchi, coriander seeds and fry it for 1 mint and allow to cool and grind it.

  2. 2

    Cut onion and Tomato into the small pieces.

  3. 3

    Take one bowl add 2 tsp oil and add Murstud seed and jeera and cloves, Elaichi and onion and ginger garlic paste

  4. 4

    Add Tomato and brinjal into this peanut grinded paste and add salt to taste cook for 10 mints.

  5. 5

    After cooking when oil appears up and then serve it
