Take one pan in this add peanut seeds, sesame seed, mirchi, coriander seeds and fry it for 1 mint and allow to cool and grind it.

Cut onion and Tomato into the small pieces.

Take one bowl add 2 tsp oil and add Murstud seed and jeera and cloves, Elaichi and onion and ginger garlic paste

Add Tomato and brinjal into this peanut grinded paste and add salt to taste cook for 10 mints.

After cooking when oil appears up and then serve it
