Boil chicken of half hour with lemon grass to make a chicken stock

Heat. Pan add olive oil put chopped garlic sauté for few minutes now add chicken stock cook for 3-4 minutes

After that add salt, white pepper,green chilli,roasted Besan and wait for boil

Take a soup bowl put some chicken cubes and pour the chicken shorba in it garnish with some coriander leaves serve hot.Thanx chef for your wonderful recipe...it’s really delicious
