  • Eggs
  • Oil for frying

  • Onions
  • Red scotch bonnet pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and cut into chips, wash and drain in a colander, add salt and begin to fry in hot oil,until crispy

  2. 2

    Break the egg add salt, chopped onion, red scotch bonnet pepper, Maggi, whisk the eggs and fry in a frying pan,serve with the fried chips and enjoy
