This is a great sauce for steak, you can play around & add as much of the ingredients as you want to make it work for you. :hungry

An easy sauce made without cream and using everyday things from the cupboard. Great for salmon, tuna steaks or steak.

Rich creammy peppercorn sauce good for steak and grills :hungry

ideal to be served with pasta, couscous or even fish.

This is not entirely traditional but it is a very good sauce for tamales enchiladas or chili dishes. Mild not too spicy. Oh yeah don't wear white while making this sauce it will stain!!
