Ingredients

4 servings
  1. CRUST
  2. 1-1/2 calmond meal/flour
  3. 1/4 cflax meal
  4. 1/3 cgrated Parmesan cheese or more almond meal/flour
  5. 1 tspdried Italian seasoning
  6. 1/2 tspeach onion powder, garlic powder and salt
  7. 1large egg
  8. 1/4 clukewarm water
  9. TOPPING
  10. 1/2 cpizza sauce (3 net carbs/serving)
  11. 1 cmozzarella cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In med. bowl, mix together dry crust ingredients. Add egg and water and mix well.

  3. 3

    Transfer dough to baking sheet. With hands, press dough out as thin as possible. Bake 12-15 min.

    Spread sauce over crust and top with cheese. Bake 10 min. or until cheese is melted.
