  • 3/4 cupchopped yellow onion
  • 1 tbspChinese rice wine shaoxin
  • 3 tbspketchup
  • 1/2 tbspWorcester sauce
  • 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 1/2 tbspblack pepper
  • 1 tspsugar

    Cook minced garlic with oil until fragrance.

    Add chopped onion, cook till transparent.

    Add balance of ingredients, stir until until everything is mixed.
