  • 1 tablespooncurd
  • 1 teaspoonoil
  • 1 teaspoonmethi leaves
  • 1Pinch hing
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 teaspoongreen child paste
  • 1/2 teaspoonsesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • as neededwater
  • as neededghee or oil for roti

    All ingredients mix in a bowl make a soft dough.Rest 10 minutes after 8 part of dough.Make roties.Use ghee or oil in golden in colour. serve with pickle
