Ingredients

  1. 2 cupmatar / greenpeas
  2. 4-5potatoes
  3. 1 cuptomato grated
  4. 2onion chopped
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tspgaram masala
  7. 1/2 tsphaldi/turmeric powder
  8. 2 tspcoriander powder
  9. 3 tspoil
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1/2 tspcumin

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add cumin when crackle add chopped onion and saute it

  2. 2

    Now add grated tomato and spices and saute till leave the oil

  3. 3

    Now add cut potatoes,matar and some water.

  4. 4

    Cover and cook till soft the matar and potatoes.

  5. 5

    Add garam masala and serve with paratha
