Cut the edges of bread slices and grind the whole bread in a mixer till they r fine and keep aside. Grind peas, garlic and green chilli coarsely and take it out in a bowl and add in salt, curry leaves, coriander leaves, onions, ginger paste, cumin seeds, rice flour, bread crumbs mixture and mix it well. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying the vadas.

Now, take a small portion of vada batter and flatten it on your palm, make a small hole in the middle of the vada and slowly drop it in the hot oil. Fry them until golden brown on both sides.
Drain on a paper towel and serve hot with tamarind chutney or tomato sauce.
