Slightly parboil your rice,to give it a brilliant colour,add turmeric when parboiling the rice and keep aside

Cook your chicken,add the spices, ginger and garlic paste,Curry and seasoning,strain and keep the stock aside

In a hot oil,fry the chicken,then drain, reduce the oil and saute the onions,red pepper and tarugu,add seasoning and Curry then add the fried Chicken and stir...done for the pep chicken

Dice your carrots, boiled liver, onions,red pepper

In a pot,add little oil and saute the onions,red pepper,tarugu and stir,add the diced carrots,boiled peas,liver and stir fry,add Curry then start frying the rice bit by bit,fry for few minutes

After stir frying,add the chicken stock,and reduce the heat to let it simmer for few minutes... fried rice ready

Fry your dodo

Mix your coleslaw and serve
