Ensure you have al the ingredients

Wash hands

In a heated pan, put oil and saute the onions. Add in the potatoes.

Add in the ginger garlic paste and let cook for a minute.

Put in the peas and stir for 4-5 minutes

Add in the tomatoes, together with the bell peppers, zucchinis, eggplants

Season with salt and pepper and cover for 10 minutes.

Add in the carrots and milk and let simmer for another 10 minutes

Garnish with the dhania and serve
