Green pav bhaji
Steps

Put potato,peas,caouliflower,capsicum,s alt and turmeric powder in a cooker

Add water and cook for 3-4 whistles

Mash cooked veggies with a masher

Heat clarified butter in a wok and saute onion and ginger garlic paste

Add tomato and cook for 3-4 minutes

Add green onion leaves and cook for 3-4 minutes

Mash with a masher

Add both spices and and cook for 2 minutes

Add spinach and cook 3-4 minutes

Add mashed veggies and cook until it thickens

Mash properly

Switch off the flame after adding lemon juice and butter

Cut pav from middle and roast from both sides by applying butter

Serve green bhaji with lemon and onion slices.
