Try this yummy, tasty and healthy chaat which is very easy to prepare and good snack item for this winter.

Soak groundnuts min 1 hr and pressure cook it for 2whistles. If you the't have time to soak then pressure cook for 4 to 5 whistles or more depending on the type of groundnuts you used by adding salt.

Finely chop onions, cucumber, tomato, raw mango, coriander leaves, green chilli and take it into bowl.

Now add salt, roasted jeera powder,chaat masala powder, red chilli powder saute everything well.

Now add lemon juice to the above and saute everything well.

Then add boiled Peanuts to the above and mix everything well. Adjust lemon juice and salt accordingly.

That's it spicy, tasty boiled Peanut masala chaat is ready to serve. Serve hot to enjoy the dish.
