Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf

Add green chillies and ginger

Add tomato and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add Potatoes and saute well

Cover it and keep stiring in between

Add coriander powder and red chilli Powder

Mix sugar and simmer till everything get combined

Now serve it hot
