Steam the cauliflower florets and keep aside

Heat oil and fry the Potatoes and florets

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft

In another pan add oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and green chillies

Add ginger paste and saute well

Add tomato and salt, turmeric powder red chilli Powder mix well

Now pour this into potato cauliflower and mix well

Add water and simmer till the veggies get cooked

Add sugar and garam masala powder
- 10
Serve it with rice
