Steps

Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add onion, carrot, green chilli and saute it till the onion turns Golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste in it and saute it for 1-2 mints. Then turn off the gas.

Now take a bowl. Add all the ingredients in it and mix it well. Then make a dough out of it.

Then make small balls out of it. Or you can give any shape which you wish. And add some bread crumbs to it. Keep aside in a plate.

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry it.

Your healthy beetroot cutlets are ready to serve.
