Flapjacks

We are a large family living together and Sundays are normally a family breakfast get together.
We normally caramelize some bananas in another pan to use as a topping. Whipped cream, grated cheese and jams can also be used.
With toppings you can use your own initiative.
Enjoy.

Steps
- 1
You will need a flat pan or large frying pan. On the stove top. Heat to a medium low heat.
- 2
Place all the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- 3
In a separate bowl mix together the milk, eggs and margarine.
- 4
Combine the baking powder, salt and flour then add your wet mixtures together and mix
- 5
Put a little oil or margarine into the frying pan.
- 6
Spoon some of the mixture onto the pan. About one serving spoon is a good size. This is a personal choice.
- 7
Wait for bubbles to show and pop on the surface of the flapjack before turning over. The bottom surface should be a light brown.
- 8
Cook on the other side for about half the time of the first side.
