Ingredients

  1. 1 cupflour
  2. 1/2 cuppeas paste
  3. 1 tspginger paste
  4. 1 tspchat masala
  5. 1 tspred chilli Powder
  6. To tastesalt and sugar
  7. As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead a dough with salt,oil and sugar and keep aside

  2. 2

    Prepare a filling with peas paste and all the masslas

  3. 3

    Take small portion of the dough and fill it with the peas filling

  4. 4

    Roll it into small puri,prepare all of the rest

  5. 5

    Heat oil and fry the kachori and serve with dum aloo
