Ingredients

  • 2boiled eggs
  • 1Potato cubed
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1bay leaf
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and fry egg and Potatoes

  2. 2

    Keep it aside and add Cumin seeds and bay leaf

  3. 3

    Add onion and ginger, garlic paste saute for a while

  4. 4

    Add tomato red chilli powder and salt

  5. 5

    Mix well and add potato and egg and cover

  6. 6

    Add water and simmer,mix sugar and serve
