Ingredients

  • 2 bowlscooked rice
  • Sushi powder or vinegar2 +sugar1+salt (to taste)mixture
  • 1egg fried
  • Fish Sashimi (Maguro tuna, salmon, octopus, fish egg)
  • Cucumber
  • Shiitake mushrooms
  • Carrot
  • Green onion
  • Teriyaki eel
  • 2 sheetsNori dried seaweed

Steps

  1. 1

    Shred carrot and soaked dried mushrooms and cook with vinegar, salt, water and sugar.

    Roll tightly from the bottom
