Ingredients

  • 1 bowlpalak washed and chopped
  • 1/2 bowlbesan
  • leavesSome coriander
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • 1/4 tspwhole cumin seeds
  • As required salt
  • 1/2 tspginger garlic paste
  • As required water
  • 1/8 tspCarom seeds
  • As required oil for frying

Steps

    Take a bowl mix everything well except oil

  2. 2

    Heat sufficient oil in a pan

  3. 3

    Add small sized batter into the oil and let it fry until golden and crisp.
