Since I'm currently living in Japan, this little fish I thought dilis called kibinago made me want to make these Fritters like I used to make in Philippines. 😊 (When I'm done cooking this, just so I know this is kibinago and they fry it piece by piece- my hubby told me so and I checked it in Google after 😁)

Ingredients

Kibinago Fish
100 gflour
2eggs
Salt
Garlic powder
Ground black pepper
Cooking oil

Steps

Make the batter. Mix the flour, eggs, salt, garlic powder and ground black pepper.

Add the kibinago.

Heat the cooking oil in a pan medium heat to low. Scoop the fish with batter and fry it.

Serve. Made the dashi with hot water to dip the fritter in.
