Soak the tamarind in a bowl of warm fresh water till soft to form a paste like liquid

You can opt to blend the paste, add the rest of the ingredients and water and blend till well blended.

Taste if ok, sieve and keep in fridge to chill. Enjoy!

For those without a blender, just place the paste in a sufuria, add the rest of the ingredients with enough water and boil. Set aside to cool, seive and refrigerate.
