Ingredients

  • 2Kaleji/Liver (cut in chunks)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3 tspChilli Powder
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tbspGarlic (pounded)
  • 1 tbspGinger (pounded)
  • 1/4 cupOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the liver in above except oil, for 2-3 hrs. pan fry it in oil on high flame for 15-20 mins
    NB: Liver if overcooked goes harder
