Boil the milk. Switch off the gas and pour lemon juice slowly slowly

Chena will be ready. Strain it in a Cotton cloth. Put some cold water on it.

Squeeze the water with soft hand and hang it with tap for 30 minutes.

Pour it in a plate and knead it for 10 to 15 min. Till it become soft. Make small balls from it.

Take a pan and put 2 glass of water. Add sugar and saffron. After 5 min add balls and cover with lid.

For 3 min gas should be high flame. Then slow the flame and cook for 7 to 8 min.

Rasgulla will be ready. Wait till it become cool. Serve it a bowl.
