My Pineapple delight 💖

I love this recipe as a dessert its so moreish! Its lovely.#Dessert#fruit

With the juice thats left add a 1 tsp cornflour in a tbls cold water mix pour over the pineapple and pop back in the oven for 5 minutes. It gets a nice flavoured syrup to pour over the pineapple.

Ingredients cut the pineapple into rings. Melt the butter and add to the sugar and rum mix together.

Cut up the pineapple and cover the oben dish with greaseproof paper and add some of the rum mix on the Bottom.then line the bottom with the pineapple slices.

Pour some more mix over the pineapple ready for the next layer. Sprinkle a tbls Brown sugar on top.Cook on 170C just over medium heat for 3/4 of an hour. Take out turn the pineapple all over then add back to the oven for 20 minutes on 200C.

Add to a serving dish add whisked Cream or Icecream with it. Serve hot or cold.
