Ingredients

  • 1 cupDry roasted Rava
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 2 tbspoonMilk powder
  • 1 tbspoonGhee
  • Sugar 1 tbspoon for gulab jamun and 2 tbspoon for chasni
  • 5-6Cardamom
  • Refine oil for dip fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan add 1 cup of milk. When the milk start to boil add ghee, milk powder, sugar and rava. Stir well until the mixture become tightening.

  2. 2

    Let the mixture be cool down. knead it for 10 mins to make a smooth dough.

  3. 3

    Grease oil in your hand and make small balls from the dough. Make sure that there is no cracks on the balls.

  4. 4

    Now deep fry the balls till golden brown in low flame. Put the balls in chasni for 2 hours.

  5. 5

    For chasni add sugar, water and Cardamom boil for 7 mins.
