Steps

Heat a pan add 1 cup of milk. When the milk start to boil add ghee, milk powder, sugar and rava. Stir well until the mixture become tightening.

Let the mixture be cool down. knead it for 10 mins to make a smooth dough.

Grease oil in your hand and make small balls from the dough. Make sure that there is no cracks on the balls.

Now deep fry the balls till golden brown in low flame. Put the balls in chasni for 2 hours.

For chasni add sugar, water and Cardamom boil for 7 mins.
