Take amla wash it and then half boil it strain it and wipe with kitchen towels.

Take a big plate add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, mustard seeds powder and mix well.

Add some oil in this masala and coat all amla with this masala and add all amla into a jar.
- 4
Pour some mustard oil on it, in 2 to 5 days pickle will be ready.
