Ingredients

5 servings
  • 4 cupsflour
  • 1egg
  • 1tblsp of yeast
  • Halfcup buttermilk
  • Sugar to your taste

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all dissolve the sugar and yeast in warm water, In a bowl sieve the four cup of flour add the melted butter, egg and mix then add the yeast and Sugar mixture

  2. 2

    Mix and add the buttermilk mix well until incorporated transfer it into a clean surface and knead well add 2 tablespoon of butter and continue to knead until u find a soft dough

  3. 3

    Using a rolling pin roll the dough and cut into doughnut shapes transfer them into a dusted tray close with a clean towel and allow it to rise for about 1 hour.fry donuts in hot oil and serve with hot tea or juice
