Fried rice, with peppered goat meat and dodo

Parboil rice until you can break into two with a finger. Rinse out with cold water to cool down.

Add the stock from the goat meat. It should be big enough to slightly cover rice.

Add more seasoning cubes and a little salt.

Add curry powder and some blended or pounded peppers.

Bring to a boil.

Add rice and cook until water dries up.

In a non stick pan, add margarine and let dissolve.

Pour in all diced vegetables and stir for two minutes. Set aside

In another pan, add some margarine, add the fried vegetables and some portion of the rice, stir fro for 1 minute. Turn in rice into another pot. Repeat process until done.

For peppered goat meat, cook the meat until soft and use the stock for the above.

Remove almost all the stock, the add peppers and onion. Cook on medium heat for 3 minutes.

In a hot oil, fry in patches until done.

For the Dodo: cut plantain into desired shapes, add some salt. Then fry until intended color appears.
