Chop methi leaves wash properly and drain water

Now take a fenugreek in a vessel. Add besan rice flour asafoetida, chilli paste add crushed pepper and coriander sugar and mash bananas red chilli powder mix well and rest for 5-10 mins ginger

Heat oil Add pinch soda in a batter and 1tbsp hot oil.No need to add water. mix well and put bhajiya with finger tips fry both side till it turns in golden colour.

Tasty delicious kela methi bhajia is ready to serve. Serve hot or cold.
