  1. 1 packageWonton wrappers
  2. 1 lbZesty Italian sausage
  3. 2 cupsShredded Colby Jack cheese
  4. 1 jarMedium salsa
  5. to tasteSour cream

    Preheat oven to 350.

  2. 2

    Fry sausage in medium frying pan. Once fully cooked, remove from heat and add cheese and salsa. Mix until cheese is melted and salsa is fully incorporated.

    Line muffin tins with wonton wrappers. You may use two wonton wrappers for more stability.

    Scoop spoonfuls of 2-3 tablespoons of the sausage mixture into each wrapper.

    Bake for 10-15 minutes.

    Let cool, garnish with a dollop of sour cream, and enjoy!
