Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1whole chicken
  • Some tomatoes
  • Onions
  • Cooking oil
  • Some kales

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the chicken into pieces then wash and boil till tender

  2. 2

    Drain excess water then add onions and fry

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and tomato paste. Add some spices of your choice

  4. 4

    Add the preserved soup then cook for some few minutes

  5. 5

    Serve with Ugali and kales
