Steps

Place the pan of veg oil on heat,allow it hot then add in the shredded red,green bell peppers,tomatoes and onion

Stir and allow it half done,then add Maggi,salt,grated garlic and ginger, stir till done
- 3
Add the diced plantain,snail and soy sauce, stir them altogether with the perperi sauce
- 4
Remove from heat serve and top it with FRIED fish
