Ingredients

  • 100 gDiced fried plantain
  • 25 gShredded green bell pepper
  • 25 gShredded red bell pepper
  • 25 gshredded fresh red tomatoes
  • 50 gsnail
  • 1/2 cupveg oil
  • 1 cubemagi
  • 75 gshredded onion
  • Salt
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 tspgrated garlic
  • 1/2 tspgrated ginger
  • Fried fish for topping

Steps

  1. 1

    Place the pan of veg oil on heat,allow it hot then add in the shredded red,green bell peppers,tomatoes and onion

  2. 2

    Stir and allow it half done,then add Maggi,salt,grated garlic and ginger, stir till done

  3. 3

    Add the diced plantain,snail and soy sauce, stir them altogether with the perperi sauce

  4. 4

    Remove from heat serve and top it with FRIED fish
