Malpua is a very popular bengali misti.
Steps

Take a mixing bowl add maida,Suji, sugar, Saunf, cardamom powder and milk and mixed it.

Add water and mixed and make a smooth batter and whisk it 5 min and rest it 30 min.

Heat a pan add sugar and add water and boiled. When reduced the sugar then add cardamom powder and keep aside.

Heat oil in a another pan and take smooth batter in a scoop and deep fry it.

Turn the colour golden brown then transfer it to the sugar syrup and rest it 10 min.

Garnished with chopped almond and serve.
