Using your blender's dry mill, break your rice into smaller pieces, but not too small. After breaking the rice, seive out the floury rice and soak the other part in water for like 10 mins.

Wash the rice properly and drain the rice, after that, steam your rice using a double boiler or locally (using a bigger pot, pour a cup of water, then put in a smaller pot cover, then you put newspaper and a little piece of rice bag, then you spread the rice on top) cook for 30 mins.

Grate your bell pepper and the medium size onion, wash your moringa leaves, and get your spice and stock cube ready. Using mortar and pestle, break your groundnut into smaller bits.

Pour the cooked dambu rice in a container and add the grated bell pepper and onoins, groundnut, moring, spice and stock cube.

Steam everything for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, fry the vegetable oil with the large onion, when your dambu is soft, take it back to the container and add the fried oil, stir and serve.
