Ingredients

1/2 cupdried prawns
1/2 cupgrated coconut
few shallots
few curryleaves
1/2 tspginger
small piece lemon
4dry red chillies
to tastesalt

Steps

Take a pan and dry roast the prawns and thn wash it and strain and keep aside.

In the same pan roast the coconut when it start to change the colour add the other ingredients and roast...once cooled grind it coarsely and enjy...
