  • 1 cupflour
  • 1/2 cupbutter
  • 1/2 cupgrated coconut
  • 1/3 cupicing sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 5 teaspoonmilk
  • Coconut flavor

    Whisk butter and sugar until creamy

  2. 2

    Add coconut, flour, baking powder, milk and flavor

  3. 3

    Mix well and refrigerate for 5 mins. Shape and bake until golden brown
