Heat of the oil in the pan,fry dried fishes both the sides for at least three to five minutes

Take out the fish from the pan and keep it aside

Now in the same pan add garlic and onions saute till translucent

Now add tomatoes stir properly and cover the lid for 10 minutes.

When tomatoes become soften add vinegar, black pepper and salt and mix properly.

At last add the fishes,mix properly

Serve hot with rice or chapati
