Heat kadai. add oil. splutter mustard seeds

Let it get sauted well.to this add garlic fry well and add chilli powder jeera powder and..once it's cooked and water and washed dryfish. Add tamarind pulp..after adding dryfish dim the flame and cook for 10mins..add coriander leaves and switch off flame....if required add salt..otherwise dry fish has salt into
It....serve hot with cooked rice
